It's Cheesecake Day!

In Honor of National Cheesecake day, I am sharing with you my favorite kind of cheesecake!
I love Turtle Cheesecake, (Well I think I love Turtle anything!) The combination of chocolate, caramel and nuts makes me very happy! Doesn't that look amazing!! Too bad I am watching what I eat right now! Well at least trying too!

I do have one more page finished and since we are talking about baked goods its only fitting that this page is for the cookie decorating challenge.

look at my little buddy grow! He came to see me last night, but he and his momma got stuck in the rain! He was All wet! Good thing Auntie had dry clothes for him! His Momma got to raid AJ's drawers! lol

Well that's about all for today! I have to go and do some research on what we wanna do for our family day trip Saturday. Yay!!!

What a Cutie!

I know, I know he is almost seven months now, but hey it takes me a while to get caught up on my scrappin! So here is my buddy at 6 months old! I can hardly believe how big he is already! I love him so much!

Fun in the......what sun?

Last year when we went to set the pool up we found that it had dry rotted, so of course that meant no pool. Boy was it a hot one last summer! So this summer grandma decides to go ahead and get a new pool and put it out at Aunt Kimber's and guess what! Its hardly been warm enough to get in! Crazy huh? Hopefully next week when I am on vacation we can get some use out of it! Here are some pics of the one time the kiddos actually got to get in it!

Are we sure its summer?

The weather here has been beautiful lately! Surprisingly mild for the middle of July! I'm not gonna complain though it made for some great baseball games, you know the ones you don't have to worry about getting burnt to a crisp! Sadly the season is over though. We had a lot of fun this year! I know Nate will miss it and so will mommy!

I did my June in review page! Not too much exciting stuff in June, it came and went too quick! I really like that I have been doing these, it will be neat to go back and look at 2009 in review at the end of the year through my pages. Here you go!

the All Star's Shine!

WOW! what a game! The Worthington All Star team played there first game last night and it was a real nail biter. In the end Worthington won by one in the eighth inning. I was so proud of Nate too! He got up and hit that ball on the first pitch, the third baseman caught it but hey that's baseball! We thought we would be playing game two tomorrow night in Clymer, however that game has been cancelled and were not exactly sure whats up now. Keep checking back to see how the All Star team does! GO WORTHINGTON!!

What a difference!

For Penny Springmann's CT we were challenged to go back and take an old LO we have done, one from when we first started, and re scrap it now. I can't believe the difference in only a few short years. Yes the beautiful red head in the pictures in Miss Emberly. So here is my old one and this is my new one

One of the major differences is the use of drop shadows. It really is a big difference in making your pages look real.
