Emmie's To Do List

Gina was looking for a chart of sorts to help Emmie be more responsible. Its not finished but this is what I came up with. I was thinking instead of trying to print it out maye have it printed at Sam's club or something. Then Put it in a frame and use a write on wipe off marker for her to check off the items when she is done. Let me know if I am headed in the right direction. Also what you want on her list. I just made up a few things so you got the general idea.

Nate's Ring

So today Nathan came home with this big old envelope. He was all excited because they got their order forms for their class rings. That's right you read that correctly! Nathan will be ordering his class ring next week. Where has time gone? It starts with the ring and then its all a big whirlwind and before you know it he will be a senior! Ugh!
He was so very proud of the ring he chose so I thought I would share it with everyone.

On the one side he has the school mascot the Wildcat and the other he has the trombone and his name. Now the middle will be customized for him and will say Kittanning Senior High School and class of 2014. All in all I think he made a good choice. He is so excited to order it. I can remember ordering mine and being excited so I guess all is good!

The Boy's of Fall

School has started and the kids seem to be pretty happy with it so far. Unfortunately due to my surgery I was not able to be home for the first day. However, my wonderful hubby made sure to get some pics of the boys for me! Nate is starting his sophomore year at KHS and AJ begins his freshman year. Two kiddos in high school boy are they making me feel old!

My favorite time of year is here. Well almost. I love Autumn! The colors the smells everything! Part of the whole experience in our family is football season. No, no one in the family actually plays football, but Nate is part of the KHS marching band. I just love that he enjoys this so much and I really love watching them. I got a few pics off of the KHS band site of Nate so I thought I would share them.

The Kittanning Senior High School 2011-2012 Marching Band

So there you have it for now. Im looking forward to getting to see Nate in the half time show. I havent made it yet. I have been working on trying to get healthier so I can. I am also looking forward to his Band Fest coming up on the 21st. Should be fun.
